Since 1985, the Dutch company GKB has developed user-oriented and innovative machines that are adapted to all types of sports surfaces. With the Quick-Brush, you get a complete machine for your daily maintenance of your synthetic turf field. With the two height adjustment spindles you can easily set the brush power and, therefore, operating intensity. By using the Quick-Brush, the drainage and the technical characteristics are improved due to reducing the compaction. This means that you get a field good as new.
The brush easily connects to your tractor with a standard three-point linkage and has hydraulic features so you can use it with almost any tractor. You can also customize the Quick-Brush according to your personal requirements. For example, it can be equipped with a tooth bar, an extra brush, a rubber finishing flap and a height adjustment tool.
The advantages of the brush option:
- The tooth bar with spring-loaded teeth ensures that the artificial grass fibers do not stick together.
- The pitch can be brushed more thoroughly with an additional brush.
- The rubber finishing flap ensures that the infill is leveled and settles in the grass. This will instantly improve the appearance of your field.
- With two spindles you can accurately set the height to exactly determine the brush power and, therefore, operating intensity.
- You can also use the brush with the construction of synthetic turf pitches. With our ‘flip-over tool’ you will always drag the brush along with the working direction. This way you can sweep the new infill into your synthetic turf pitch even faster.
Quick Brush The Brushunit
The Quick Brush's brush unit consists of a frame with two plastic brushes. The Brush straws are stiff and thick, which means that you can have a slightly larger gap between the straws and thus avoid the infill material getting stuck between them.
Quick Brush Height adjustment
To create an even ground pressure between the brushes, two support wheels are used. The wheels can be adjusted in height with the help using spindles.
Quick Brush The Rake
As an option for your Quick Brush, you can get a rake. With the help of the rake, the synthetic turf is roughly aerated before brushing the infill. The rake are adjustable in height. The rake are equipped with springs so that they do not bend due to friction during work.
Quick Brush Rubber rag
As an option to prevent dust formation and unwanted accumulation of infill material, a rubber drag mat is applied. This mat is mounted on the rear side of the frame and rests entirely on the pitch.
