When you purchase a machine from us, you receive a ready-made maintenance plan in our app that contains all the information about the machine's maintenance, which both you and your service provider can access. This includes a direct link to all the original parts of the machine for easy ordering of spare parts and images from the instruction manual to make maintenance tasks easier. It's also possible to add your existing machines to the maintenance service for those who want to. A well-maintained machine operates when it needs to, and over time, you'll also get a better resale value!

With 20 machines in operation, maintenance tasks quickly become a thousand unique actions to keep track of. It becomes difficult, even when using Excel. For each machine, there are tasks that need to be done every time the machine is used, after perhaps 10, 50, or 500 operating hours, weekly, after the season, and/or annually. Keeping track of all these tasks, when they should be done, the instructions to avoid missing something like a grease nipple, and documenting that the tasks have been completed is almost impossible without good system support.
