The advantages of the Renovator are, among other things, is due the infill material that will be placed on your field, the fibers will rise again. This will make your synthetic turf pitch feel like new again, reducing the risk of injury to the players. Also, the game plan will last longer if you use the Renovator twice a year. This means you can save money because you don't have to renew the field as often. The new infill will also improve the water permeability.
GKB Renovator 200:
- Working width of 200 cm
- Can be connected with a three-point coupling(cat I and II).
- Working depth of 5 cm which can be adjusted by turning the two adjustable legs in or out.
- The GKB's Quick-Brush can be used to brush in the filling again.
- After using the Renovator, GKB's Infill Remover can pick up the material in order to dispose of it.
Renovator The Frame
The renovator's working depth is adjusted by turning the rubber wheels up or down. The working depth can be adjusted down to -5cm.
When storing the machine, the transport legs are folded down so that the Renovator rests on the tires and legs.
Renovator The Drive-Unit
The renovator's brush rotor is driven via the PTO shaft, the number of brushes varies depending on the model. The brushes rotate in opposite directions, so that all the filling material is brushed up to the surface.
Renovator option
The brushes can be replaced with rotating toothrakes. These can be used to remove sand from hybrid pitches, or moss and weeds from grass pitches.

The renovator brushes up the packed granulate on the surface so that you can easily collect or brush the granulate down again.
