The stiffness of the brush is adjustable. This allows you to treat the most compacted fields with the GKB Infill Remover. Depending on the field, the entire layer of infill can be removed in one pass. The rotating brushes that bring in the granulate which then is transported upwards with a conveyor belt. Collect the litter with help of a parallel driver using for example a big bag.
One of the perks of the Infill Remover is the working depth and that both rollers can easily be adjusted by using two spindles at the front of the machine. You can use the elevator belt during the process, with which you separate the removed material from your field.

GKB Infill Remover is equipped with a brush rotor so that the granulate can be brushed up from the pitch and onto the conveyor belt and onto the discharge arm so that the granulate can be easily removed from the pitch. The working depth is down to 5cm deep.

The GKB Infill Remover's brush is adjustable so that you can determine the stiffness of the brush yourself.
Via the rail (see picture) you can loosen the screw and slide the brush up or down. In this way, the stiffness changes, and work on both old compact and new plans. Regardless of whether you have rubber, cork or sand granules, the GKB Infill Remover brushes up the granules.
