The table can be equipped with four or six bobbins for optimal film overlap, depending on the need.
Film dispenser and film-break detector
Depending on the gear ratio, the dispenser stretches the film to 55% to 70%, ensuring efficient film use. The unit has an integrated sensor that detects if the film breaks. If a film break occurs, you can either stop the work and replace the film or continue wrapping with one arm by halving the orbiting speed.
Fast and easy film changes
Thanks to a quick-change system, it's easy to change film rolls on the EasyWrap 165 T. By swinging out the film roll holder and threading the new roll into the stretcher, film changes can be completed quickly and easily. Additionally, the wrapping arm can be adjusted to the correct position with a press of the external control button to facilitate the change.

At the end of the wrapping cycle, the EasyWrap 165 T transforms into an efficient bale collector, where the loading arm can carry a second bale while the first bale is being wrapped. This increases efficiency by minimizing the time it takes to move the bales to the collection point. When the tractor reaches the collection point, the finished bale is gently lowered to the ground, and the second bale is wrapped without interruption.

These are mounted at a low height for easier handling of the film rolls and ensure you can work longer without needing to retrieve more film.
